Dr. Chakoria Wells Founder
Dr. Wells has over a decade of experience in K-12 settings assisting multi-tiered support teams and administrators in changing school climate and culture through data-based driven practices. Dr. Wells currently serves and practices as a school Psychologist and Adjunct professor. Over the past four years, she also has launched two private practice entities: Dr.WellsPhd, and Wells Consulting Services, LLC.
Purpose
The purpose of WCS is to help families and school districts provide quality service to all parties in students' educational careers. Our goal is to address educational challenges and implement sustainable outcomes and supports to help students matriculate through school. Wells Consulting Services, LLC, is devoted to making the best educational environment for students.

Wells Consulting Service, LLC is an educational consulting firm based in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. We advise school stakeholders on policy, special education, and multi-tiered systems of support. Our focus is to ensure that we also provide culturally sensitive strategies in educational solutions to our clients.

Our vision starts with the firm belief that all students deserve access to high-quality and college preparatory education regardless of their background. We aim to assist our clients in producing the best educational outcomes for children, which involves a collaborative effort to shape both the child and the educational environment. Our team of educational advisors works closely with teachers and other stakeholders to improve student learning outcomes by assisting the learning community (students, parents, and staff) in developing the critical academic skills needed for success. In this effort, we hope to help shape a culturally rich learning environment that empowers children to learn and overcome challenges.
